For effective sterilization, we have incorporated the US imported HANOVIA brand UV sterilizer with a wavelength of 254NM. This UV sterilizer prevents secondary pollution in the output water, ensuring clean and safe water for consumption.
To improve the taste of your water, our system includes a high-quality coconut activated carbon filter. This filter efficiently removes peculiar smells, enhancing the overall water quality.
For seawater desalination, we have integrated the US imported DOW brand RO membrane. With a salt removing rate of over 98% and a filtration precision above 0.0001 micron, this membrane effectively removes salt, organics, bacteria, and microorganisms. The output water meets the drinking water standards, providing you with pure and safe water.
Our system also includes a multi-step filtration process. The first step involves a 5-micron PP pre-filter that removes sediment, algae, suspended solids, and other particles. The second step incorporates a 1-micron pleated pre-filter, which intercepts tiny suspended solids and particles residue from the previous 5-micron pre-filter. This ensures the protection of the RO membrane and maintains the inlet requirements.
All high-pressure metal parts of our system are made of SS316 material, ensuring safety and corrosion resistance under a pressure of 7MPA.
For reliable performance, we have equipped our system with a German brand SS316L high-pressure pump. This pump has a low failure rate and provides stable operation. Additionally, the universal wheel and adjusting legs make the machine easy to move and portable.
