When you find iron and manganese in the water, please info us the concentration of iron and manganese in the water(the test result will indicate).

 

- WHO standard Iron and manganese standard. Iron≤ 0.3mg/L, Manganese ≤0.1mg/L.

 

- When Iron <2.0Mg/L,Mn<2Mg/L, Aeration (use blast pump or air compressor)If PH is low adjust PH. Single iron remove filter).

 

- When Iron >=5mg/LM Mn>=1.5mg/L, First aeration, then adopt double iron remove filter. 1st remove iron, 2nd remove manganese.

 

- When Iron >=10mg/LM Mn>=2mg/L,PH >5.5 well water. Need to discuss with engineer then customized the design.

 

- Add air →Aeration pond→Feed water pump → Iron remove filter→ Manganese remove filter→ active carbon filter → water softener→ bag filter→ purified water storage tank .

 

- Aeration iron removal is currently the most mature and cost-effective method for removing iron and manganese. Build an aeration tank and use aeration blower to oxidize the ferrous iron in the water to ferric iron. After the ferric iron is precipitated, it can be removed by a manganese sand filter, then finally use activated carbon filter to remove the color, to meet the product water requirements.
