Water softener and reverse osmosis system 

The system process;
Sand filter+carbon filter+softener+micron filter+RO
osmosis filtration process of reverse osmosis membrane, which is a modern new pure water treatment technology. Reverse osmosis membrane by means of choice through membrane function to pressure as the driving force of membrane separation technology, when system and the pressure is greater than in the aqueous solution of osmotic pressure, the water molecules through the membrane unceasingly, after producing water flows into the central tube, and then out in the end the impurities in the water, such as ion, organic matters, such as bacteria, viruses, interception on the inlet side of the membrane, and then in the thick water outflow water end, so as to achieve separation and purification.

Replacement time of consumable parts
There are several kinds of consumables you need to replace regularly, please see below detail.
a. Quartz sand: replaced about every 15-18 months. 50kg/bag
b. Activated carbon: replaced about every 15-18 months. 25kg/bag
c. Resin(Softener): replaced about every 15-18 months. 25L/bag

Features

The process of RO  (some process is option as per feed water quality)

Raw water pump→ mechanical filter(quartz sand filter)→ activated carbon filter→sodium-ion exchanger
(water softener)→ security filter→ high pressure pump →Reverse osmosis→ Ozone sterilizer (UV sterilizer).

RO Process steps introduction
