The cabinet also offers various functions to guarantee the security and stability of the equipment operation. It includes one-button cleaning, lacking water protection, full water stop, emergency stop, and on-line monitoring.
For added protection, we have incorporated a US imported HANOVIA brand UV sterilizer with a wavelength of 254NM. This sterilizer effectively avoids secondary pollution in the output water.
To improve the taste of your water, our cabinet is equipped with a high-quality coconut activated carbon filter. This filter removes peculiar smells, ensuring that you have clean and refreshing water.
When it comes to desalination, our cabinet utilizes a US imported DOW brand seawater desalination RO membrane. With a salt removing rate of over 98% and a filtration precision above 0.0001 micron, it effectively removes salt, organics, bacteria, microorganisms, and other impurities. The output water meets the drinking water standards, providing you with safe and clean water.
The cabinet also includes a three-step filtration system. The first step is a 5 micron PP pre-filter that removes sediment, algae, suspended solids, and other particles. The second step is a 1 micron pleated pre-filter that intercepts tiny suspended solids and particles residue from the 5 micron pre-filter, protecting the inlet requirements for the RO membrane.
For durability and safety, all high-pressure metal parts of the cabinet are made of SS316 material, capable of bearing 7MPA pressure. This ensures the longevity and reliability of the cabinet.
With a German brand SS316L high-pressure pump, the cabinet has a low failure rate and runs more stable. The universal wheel and adjusting legs make the machine easy to move and portable. Additionally, the cabinet is equipped with a domestic famous brand raw water lift pump with a pump head of 8M, effectively solving the problem of long-distance water retrieval.
