The process begins with the Raw Water Pump, which efficiently extracts sea water for treatment. The water then passes through a Mechanical Filter, specifically a Quartz Sand Filter, to remove any large particles and impurities. Next, the water flows through an Activated Carbon Filter, which effectively eliminates organic compounds and odors.
To further enhance the water quality, the system incorporates a Sodium-Ion Exchanger, also known as a Water Softener. This component reduces the hardness of the water, preventing scale buildup and prolonging the lifespan of downstream equipment.
For additional filtration, the water passes through a Security Filter, ensuring the removal of any remaining particles and contaminants. The High Pressure Pump then pressurizes the water, preparing it for the Reverse Osmosis process.
Reverse Osmosis is the heart of our system, utilizing a semi-permeable membrane to separate impurities from the water. This highly efficient process removes up to 99% of dissolved solids, salts, and other contaminants, producing clean and pure water.
